I bought a 2013 Kia Optima SXL from their Knoxville dealership June 3rd, 2016. Looked over the car top to bottom and decided to take it home. Car had severely worn tires on the front drivers and passenger side and my salesman, Michael Mims, assured me we would get replacement tires on the car if I agreed to purchase it, as they usually change anything out that badly worn before it even hits the lot. After calling the local Pep Boys to try and pick up a pair of tires so they can install them at the dealer shop, Michael and I are informed the tires need to be ordered, but they can be in on Monday (June 6th). Michael states that I can come up and get them put on, or he can even send them down my way to a local shop closer to me and have them put on. I agree with this resolution, and purchase the car. Took a bit to get the tires in, but I'm glad to say they followed through and delivered 4 tires locally for a shop to put on!

I bought my car about a month ago from Michael Mims. He returned my phone call about a car and went above and beyond to get as much info as possible to get me into a great car. I told him I felt like a princess! I went from having a car that I never knew if I'd make it to my next place to riding comfortably in just a few hours. Thanks guys!

Normally I hate car lots and car salesman, BUT....... Ole Ben Franklin was awesome and treated me and my family very well!!!!! Adarious Littlejohn, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, my family has been Blessed with the car I wanted, and a monthly payment we could afford!!!! A few good years ago i bought my first car from Ole Ben Franklin, and it did exactly what I needed it to do. The sales rep was a wonderful guy and he worked with me to get my very first car. That was one of the happiest days until yesterday. Yesterday the same sales rep (after all these years that went by) ended up working with me and my credit again and got me into what I feel is the smartest buy that suits me. I spent all day at other dealerships on Clinton Hwy and over in the west knox area and I wasn't finding the car for me. Just wasn't happening until I pulled into Old Ben Franklin. I started to look at the cars there and found a car that I thought would be suitable for me. Gino M. (The salesmen) came walking up to me and crunched some numbers and showed me that I do have options rather than just settling. After the team crunched numbers and Gino's wisdom came into play, I can say I'm proud of my car and I couldn't be happier. Thank you everyone at Ole Ben Franklin. They worked with me and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I'm a Chevy guy and will say I'm a proud owner of a Ford. Couldn't be happier........Thank you again Ole Ben Franklin.

It was such a great experience buying a used car from Ole Ben Franklin cars dealership. I would recommend them to have price tag on their cars, also be open and honest with their customers about their cars issues if there is one. This will build up great relationship between the salesman and the customer. Thank you!

My brother recommended New Country to me on the basis of his excellent experience there. I'm so glad I listened to him. Couldn't have asked for a more courteous, positive buying experience of a CPO vehicle. Grace Ramos, with whom I did the test drives, is terrific -- she knows how to connect with clients and to make the experience an excellent one: no pressure, no gimmicks, she understands the customer's needs and makes the purchasing process really fun along the way. Felt like a celebration, as it should! Finalised the purchase with Arpan Singh, Business Manager, another excellent presence there - smart, efficient, great sense of humor too. Chris Booth, pre-owned Manager was an excellent person to negotiate with and I appreciated his participation in the negotiations. There are a couple of items we still need to sort out that we couldn't wrap up because it was the end of the day when I was there ( I was visiting CT from out of state so that is adding a little time to the process) but I'm confident these things will be addressed fully when I go back in two weeks' time.

I found my overall experience with New Country BMW very good. They did not try to pressure us into a fast decision and they understood that we considered out purchase a significant one and allowed us to be comfortable that we were making a good decision. They insured that I met the service manager and was allowed to understand how the service relationship worked going forward. Even the business manager, who in most cases is a pushy and doesn't listen at most delearships was low pressure and listened to my responses. They went over the car with my better half and allyed a lot of her concerns getting into a much more technology based car than she was coming out of. Except for waht I considered a low trade value on my current car (which we did not end of trading) it was a great experience.

I blew out a tire the morning of a track event at Lime Rock, and New Country was the only dealer within 100 miles with the exact tire I needed in stock. They got me in for an appointment at the last minute on a busy Saturday morning, and less than an hour later I was back on the road and made it to the afternoon sessions. Their service writer, Kurt, was friendly and efficient which made the process even easier. I highly recommend these folks.

Great experience from the start! My husband and I (both with nearly awful credit) started looking for a family car after the birth of our son. Applied with our credit union that we have been with for YEARS, had a car loan previously and never missed a payment. Was denied. Saw ole Ben Franklin motors online and looked at the recent reviews and was impressed.
We called and talked to Big Will and he told us to come in Monday and he'd help us find an affordable car and see what we could do. We jumped the gun and came on Saturday and Big Will wasn't in yet but Rashad was more than willing to help us look at what they had.
We found a 2014 Kia soul with low miles!, that we fell in love with (even our newborn haha). We thought there was no way we could get financing. They worked their magic and we were approved with low payments and a decent interest rate. I would recommend them to anyone.
Definitely ask for Rashad.

"DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE"
This is the most professional dealerships that I have ever been too. I was looking for a specific truck. Rashid went well above his job description and went out and found the exact vehicle I was looking for. It was priced very reasonably, but a little over my budget. By the time Ashley in finance got done beating the bank and the general manager down, I left with a lower payment then I was wanting to pay. This is a great group of people that really bend over backwards for there customers.
